**Return and Refund Policy**

**I. Return Conditions:**

1. Product Quality Problems: After receiving the VLP Series Workstation Hydraulic Oil Press, if the customer finds that the product has quality problems, including but not limited to manufacturing defects or transportation damage, a return request must be made within 7 working days after receipt of the goods and accompanied by proof of the problem (such as pictures or videos).

2. Non-conformity to Specifications: If the product does not meet the specifications and performance requirements agreed upon in our contract, the customer has the right to apply for a return and must submit a return request within 10 working days after receiving the goods.

3. Wrong shipment: If the shipment is wrong due to the error of Penguin Grain and Oil Machinery Co., Ltd., the customer can apply for a return within 7 working days after receiving the goods.

**II. Non-returnable Situations:**

1. Customized products: Products that have been customized (including customized LOGO, packaging and graphic design) will not be returned unless there is a quality problem with the product itself.

2. Out of warranty period: Return requests for products that exceed the one-year warranty period of core components will not be accepted.

3. Man-made damage or improper use: Products damaged due to improper use, storage or maintenance will not be returned.

4. Not purchased through official channels: Only product return requests purchased through the official channels of Penguin Grain and Oil Machinery Co., Ltd. are accepted.

**III. Refund Procedure:**

1. Submit a return request: Customers need to submit a return application through the official service email or customer service hotline, and provide the order number, product information and reason for return.

2. Product inspection: The company will arrange to take back the product and conduct a quality inspection to confirm whether the reason for return is established.

3. Confirm the return: According to the inspection results, if the return conditions are met, we will confirm the return request and notify the customer for further operation.

4. Refund processing: After the return is confirmed, we will complete the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming that the status is correct, and the refund will be returned to the customer account through the original payment method.
